Recruiters only talk to you on email, non response and robotic, had an assessment centre had to prepare a presentation too, I had my interview and presentation in late afternoon they all looked tired and could not be bothered looked like they had been interviewing all day one of them admitted this too. Add insult to injury they sent a generic email to me saying I was unsuccessful looked like it was system generated. The interview I dealt with of course ignored my email when I asked for feedback. I am throughly out off microsoft.
