Straightforward and largely dependant on the Interviewer. The Coding round was easy enough, The first round interviewer was cheerful and supportive, But the next interviewer took 6 hours to show up, was cranky and did not indicate the correctness of the solution,
I applied through their website with a referral, after a month or so they sent me a home exam, I think about a month after that i had 3 interviews in the same day, each one around 1:15 hours.
