Disorganized and confusing. Interviewers were late and sometimes distracted during the process. Their process and recruiters are almost as bad as Salesforce. Recruiters send canned and very confusing emails which did not help in the interview process.
3 Algo & Data structure questions and 1 design question. The questions needed you to understand patterns more than actual coding. Eg. When to buy and sell stocks. The interviewer can advance the question to with or without cool down

Either resumes are filtered by a glitchy software or by incompetent and clueless recruiters.
I have 20 years of experience in managing engineers but 5 minutes after I applied for the job I got an email saying that I didn’t have enough experience. What a joke!
