Multiple individual interviews building from most junior interviewer to most senior in line management. Interviews concentrated to one (very loooong) day. Included an "as appropriate" interview with a senior person outside the line management structure (as a follow on after the interview loop was completed). At each step, interviewers enter feedback into a tool online that subsequent interviewers could see *before* they met with me.
Mostly situational interview questions along the lines of, "describe a time when..."
