The most disorganized HR I have ever met. I had to follow up too many times for confirming my interview appointments.. Furthermore, they have zero flexibility on scheduling interviews with people who are working and are busy during office hours. Totally unprofessional. After the final interview they told me I was not selected but the manager wanted to refer me for another similar position. I accepted but, again, the disorganization of the HR in scheduling my next interview and delays on answering to my emails permitted that the position was already occupied before the interview I should have done referred by a Microsoft manager. Unbelievable. Yesterday they called me again during office hours, I couldn't answer and then emailed me to call them back. When I did it the head of recruitment said something quickly, I didn't understand anything and we were cut off. I tried to call again and she didn't answer. I emailed her, no reply. It's simply incredible...
