Excellent interview process, with 3 main parts: HR call, 2nd round interview with line manager, 3rd round interview made up of 4 separate interviews.
Very engaging process, and when I was not offered the role, I was given thorough, useful feedback.

Round 1, first call with the hiring manager. Had a call with the recruiter first, recruiter call was pretty standard, tell me about yourself, why meta. etc Then a hiring manager screen came after. Long waits in between rounds, 2+ weeks

I talked to the recruiter and she was super helpful. She then moved me to the VC and that round had pretty staple questions around critical thinking, XFN collaboration and problem solving.
