I applied for an entry-level position as a recent grad. They called me on the phone and we spoke for about 30 minutes. No tough questions, very basic and straightforward. They explained their business, which was very helpful. Definitely prepare yourself by studying their website and know a background of their company. I don't think I got the interview b/c I didn't have enough specific experience in that area.
