There were 3 technical rounds, 2 were telephonic and the third was face-to-face. This was followed by a Manager round which was supposed to be followed by the final Director round. I went through all the rounds successfully upto the manager round and was promised a director round in the coming week. I knew there were no issues with my candidature. However certain circumstances led to them cancelling my candidature and going with another referral. I am exactly sure who did this but to think management would actually entertain such level of people's politics at such a high interview level is utterly shameful. McAfee expects good attitude in candidates but the way they handled my candidature surely explains theirs.
