The process took a long time and finally hiring Mgr said they were ready to make a decision. No further responses were given to me other than the automated email weeks later that they went with another candidate.

After completing an initial recruiter screen, I engaged in FOUR individual interviews with team members and extended team members. The first three interviews were engaging and productive, fostering positive connections. However, the final interview took an unexpected turn. It felt more like an interrogation than a conversation, and despite my efforts, the interviewer and I didn't connect. I had hoped that the positive interactions with the presumed main decision-makers in the preceding three interviews would result in a favorable outcome. However, I was completely ghosted. While I had a positive experience with the first three individuals and would have welcomed the opportunity to work with them, I am relieved that I won't have to interact with the last individual again. Here's some unsolicited interview feedback: While I appreciate the thoroughness of the interview process, I suggest streamlining it to avoid repetition for both interviewees and candidates. This adjustment could also enhance accountability throughout the hiring process.
