Very pleasant process and HR was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. I applied online and HR contacted me via email a few weeks after. First, I had a video interview with HR and, the following day, one with the hiring manager. About a week later, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a video interview with the CMO. The following week I interviewed in-person with the CEO, the GM of Affinity Brands and the PR Sr Manager. During the process, I also had to provide a couple of related assignments. Everyone was smart, personable and welcoming and they all seemed to love what they do. It was both challenging and inspiring. Match has an amazing company culture and this was also clear at the time we were discussing an offer. Match made a fair and competitive offer that really took into account years of experience, skills and seniority level. Probably one of the best hiring processes I've experienced in my career.
