I had 2 interviews - one with the HR and another one with my department's manager. The process was very smooth, the HR person super nice and welcoming, made me feel very comfortable. The manager made harder questions but you could tell she was really trying to get a sense of how I worked and my skills/abilities. They even called me to explain why they wouldn't continue the interview process with me, after "only" 2 interviews. Very nice and unexpected compared to the usual automatic message or even ghosting from other companies!
