JUST RUN BEFORE YOU GET GHOSTED TOO! I rcvd a call from the recruiter. She asked me when I will be free for an interview over the phone. I suggested her to send an email so that i can cross-check my schedule. She was adamant I decide the date on the call itself. I told her i would be free that weekend since she mentioned they have an interview vacancy for that date. She assured me she will send an email for the zoom link etc afterwards but i didnt rcv any. I remained positive and told myself she'd probably at least whatsapp me to give the link etc. However, the day comes and I prepared myself for the interview but I was ghosted. I didnt rcv any emails for the zoom link etc nor did i rcv any follow up confirmation emails. I was not gonna call her back since she messed up and if that is how you treat a potential employee idk how you would treat a potential customer. Do better if you want to hire people. Our time is more valuable than your incompetence.
