I had 3 onsite interview. This company doesn't have a BI team and they wanted to see i was a good fit.They saw all my work in BI and gave me set of data to work on it and asked me build dashboard in a new platform. It was super disappointing when they rejected me , because i had worked so much on the dashboard and for the team that dint even exist. They seemed super happy about my work, appreciated my work and efforts.Overall neutral experience. After 3 round of face to face interview with the CEO and COO , they rejected me because i dint have work experience [After giving hopes and sounding positive] . and probably they couldn't sponsor me WASTE OF MY TIME AND WORK for 3 weeks. This is an earnest request to the Looplist Hiring team. If you do not want people with nil experience-Please inform in the first round-or phone call. I Understand its a start up company and there is not enough funding to sponsor candidates. Again could have informed in the first round. Did not expect this from you guys! DO NOT TAKE MASTERS SCHOOL EXPERIENCE FOR GRANTED or Experimental purpose.
