Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en LinkedIn (Sunnyvale, CA) en jun 2015
Entrevista
I was referred by an internal employee and was contacted by a recruiter after ~2 weeks. The recruiter was very professional and knowledgeable about the position. I had a second phone interview with the hiring manager, offering more detail around the position. The second phone screen was more demanding (asking scenario/ what-if questions). The in-person interview was with the recruiter, hiring manager, and 3 other team members. A portion of the questioning was a bit repetitive and one of the interviewers had attacked me for falsely stating a statistic (which I have later verified to be fully accurate). Most of the interviewers were kind and professional - seemed like a great team. After all of the in-person interviews, they sent me an assignment which I had to deliver a week later. The chosen individuals would need to come back to present the assignment. An internal transfer had beaten me to the chase.

Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en LinkedIn (San Francisco, CA) en ene 2017
Entrevista
1 phone screen, 3 video chats, 1 case study + 5 rounds of interviews in person. Went along very smoothly, they are very flexible if you want to do a video interview (if out of town) for earlier rounds. Lots of jobs so sometimes process can be protracted - so hang tight. Wear a suit too - it'll help you standout in the business casual environment.
