What a joke. Very 1984 formalised process. After three interviews and they couldn't make up their mind what job they were offering me. Then turned me down. For the last interview I gave a presentation, and didn't give the best answers to personal questions. Feedback from HR said I gave a good presentation, but failed on the role play. When I explained I didn't do a role play I was met with silence. Shame I felt I could get on well with one the directors.
