The interview process was quite long with 4 stages. But it was fast. People were overall nice and they felt more like a conversation.

Entrevista
The interview process was pleasant, the interviewers were objective, clear, friendly, and provided an overall insight of the context of the work to be done and the milestones to be achieved. The time extension of the process wasn't too long, in my mind it just flew by as it was basicaly a good conversation wich ended up exceeding the expected time span a little bit. Personally I would have carried on, but the interviewers obviously had other affairs to attend, so we had to finish it. I remember I was left feeling engaged and more motivated to take the challenge.

Pregunta 1
Most questions I've been asked were aimed at understanding my methodology and train of thought when solving technical problems, and to understand how one deals with pressure and adversity when faced with challenging situations. Some questions were also aimed at getting the information to be able to get a personality profile, and to paint a clear picture about how one usually handles himself in the context of a team environment.

Got 4 interviews, from HR to HM, all of them were great, with nice people. Full transparency. The technical interview was a bit long (~2 hours), but that's normal because the position evolves software security.
