Three stages, first stage was generic call with internal recruiter, second was formal interview with hiring manager and other managers on other teams, pretty basic questions on experience and why I think I would be good fit for role as well as some generic interview questions thrown in. Third and final stage was a presentation on myself, why I think I would be a good fit and why they should pick me, more evaluating how you present and sell yourself.

Tell us more about yourself and who you are as a person, what drives and motivates you, what are your goals etc.
Straight forward process.
3-4 stages with senior leadership team and potential manager to be.
One presentation stage to showcase your ability and skill sets in a customer call environment.
Final stage is probably the hardest as you have to really showcase how you are in a difficult environment with the brief they provide you with.
