The process is fast-paced and overall comfortable, but I did encounter some inconsistencies between my first and second tech interview - the first interviewer says I'm a perfect fit, but the second interviewer says I'm "off their preference", which is kinda confusing

Entrevista
The interview included questions about my resume and one LeetCode-style problem. The interviewer was friendly and approachable. He explained the questions clearly and guided me through the problems when I got stuck.
