Beautiful, transparent, professional, amazing. I'm writing this because the company AND the recruiter deserve the praise. Jen, the recruiter whom I spoke with was exceptional. She provided all the information any candidates look for straight away but not always get. They really make sure that the interview is worth everyone's time to move on if appropriate, or not if the opportunity does not align with both parties. Their culture is exceptional, they have a some great benefits, and their communication style is admirable. Companies around the world could learn a lot from Kraken, and Jen. It is clear that they value transparency and they value their candidates' time. This is a rare trait nowadays, and a beautiful one. I'm grateful that I was able to interview with them and see for myself how great they are.
