The interview was a two step process. The first was being asked behavioral questions, whereas the second was doing a hands on "homework" assignment. The assignment was to look through an excel sheet and make inferences as well as making social media posters.
HR, team lead (who was the COO) , Home Assignment, presenting the assignment, group/ team dynamics. The process was clear and nice, we didn't continue as I was more interested in the Product aspects of the role which didn't fit their vision and that was fine!

Entrevista
The interview process was respectful and insightful, with a first phone call interview, a home assignment, and an interview with the team leader. Then a meeting with HR and an offering, with a place for negotiation.
