I responded to an advertisement and submitted my resume and received an email requesting a 1:1 interview within a few business days. The initial interview was fairly informal and consisted of the usual questions about my background and further information about the position, along with the opportunity to ask my own questions. Subsequent interviews followed with the individuals I would be working with and was given an offer of employment not long after.
