Phone Interview Met with Panel of 4 people, each person spoke with me individually for half an hour. They told me about how the company worked and the history of their department. They then asked me my work style and how I would go about handling certain situations. It was very hard to read how the interview went. Didn't hear from team for a week and then received a generic automated message saying that they were not interested in continuing with my application. I never heard from any of the people I interviewed with again which I thought was very unprofessional after making it to second round interviews. Additionally it didn't make me feel good about the overall brand. As a former user of Kayak.com I think I will think twice before using the site again as the company did not treat me well in this interview process. I think in this day in age it is crucial to treat applicants with respect even if you don't plan on hiring them.
