The interview process at JobTeaser is VERY thorough, but everyone was extremely professional throughout. It begin with a call from the recruiter for an initial screening, followed by a video interview with the woman who would be my manager. Then came a presentation about how I would tackle Account Management and Onboarding - and lastly a final interview which was several rounds in Paris followed by a chat with with Adrien one of the founders. They also called BOTH of my references (my ex boss, and an ex customer). As with many startups they are very focused on finding good people.
