one of their tech approached me through Linkedin then forward to HR Got HR screening then Technical Coding Screening assessing both coding and some general knowledge of AI. Then I was asked to prepare a craft system design for a problem. Then I got a panel Interview for 4 hours with multiple people went through my design and how it can be integrated with AI . Some of the interviewers seems knowledgable but the rest were trying to showoff more than ask a challenging questions. Their AI expert have a difficulty to form the questions, he kept going through loops and it was hard to get what he really is asking for . another person was supposed to ask a coding questions but he ignore that and did ask some theoretical about Database. some of the questions was about the Design , but it ignored the assumptions that was in the design and then they built their feedback about it without paying attention to the assumptions was promised a feedback in max 2 days , but for some reason it got them longer to get back.
