      1. Recruiter Screening (for team matching) If any hiring manager is interested in your profile the recruiter would revert with the details and the first round of interviews. 2. Round 1: Techincal Assessment (1hr) - first 30 minutes: Team intro and your background discussion. - remaining 30 minutes: A LC easy/medium question. Discuss your approach. Bonus points for solving the problem. No language constraints. If the interviewers think you're good enough, the recruiter would reach out with the feedback and discuss the next steps. A problem statement will be shared by the recruiter they call it a craft assignment, it is an open-ended assignment. You can reach out to the recruiter if you have any questions, they're very helpful. Cover all the points mentioned in the requirements, you can show off your skills and be as creative as you can. Your solution doesn't have to be perfect but then it should not be just a plain one. Prepare the design diagram and a presentation about yourself, and key highlights. 3. Round 2: A long (~3.5hrs) virtual onsite interview. - 1 hour - presentation about yourself and craft demo. Follow-up questions on the craft demo. Prepare all the choices you made and be ready to talk on many why-ies. - 1 hour - LC medium. - 1 hour - JS concepts (as this role was more for a front-end team), APIs, etc. - 30 mins - hiring manager round with behavioral questions and some high-level technical discussions.

      I had my first java technical interview on a video call. The questions were basic - about OOP, exceptions, async calls, Spring IOC, certain Spring annotations. After that I received a task and three days to do it. The task was about building quite basic REST service, so the key requirement was maturity of code. On the second video call we discussed my work and corrected some places live. After that I sent back even more enhancements and additionally an asyc implementation with Flux

      I was reached out by an awesome Intuit Recruiter (Aleksandra Kesser) on LinkedIn. Round 1: Standard Phone Screen. Questions on Data Structure and Algorithms After the Tech Screen Round, the next step was called the "craft round" which consisted of several interviews spanning 5 hours. The recruiter made sure I was well prepared going into the craft round and even set up a prep call one week before my craft interview. This call actually helped me get a good understanding of what was expected of me and it would later help me during the interviews. The craft round consists of a small presentation and doing a coding exercise to build upon requirements given to you. It was followed by multiple interviews with different engineers where you're questioned on your coding exercise and other standard fundamental questions. The last round is with the hiring manager and it is more of a behavioral round. After the final interviews, Aleks reached out with the feedback and she was very empathetic and understanding. She heard my concerns and made sure they were addressed. A very people-centric approach, which is very rare these days. At no point in the process I felt like I was left by myself. Overall, the experience was really smooth. From the initial screen to the offer stage, Aleks was always communicative, transparent, and supportive. The TA team made sure that my interviews were scheduled as per my availability and were really flexible. One of the best candidates experience till this date. The whole candidate experience was very welcoming and set the bar really high for me. A big shout out to Aleksandra Kesser and her team!
