Once they they got up to speed in the hiring and more applications came through, my emails were ignored and phone calls not returned. I understand that they may have found more suitable candidates for the role, but a level of professional courtesy for an experienced hire should be extended. Especially after moving deeper into the hiring process. I am technically still waiting for a response to my application. Needless to say I have moved on and accepted another offer.
