Recruiter called saying that we have green light. Two days after they changed their mind and job description with no offer.
Advice to management
Not worth changing the whole job description because of single candidate.

Entrevista
I flew to Menlo park for face to face interviews. The hiring team looked confused and did not know what exactly they were looking for in a candidate. The duties and responsibilities for the role were not well defined and hiring managers were struggling to define in general what their senior network engineers should be focusing on and future of their products.
