Someone reached out in LinkedIn ( internal company rep). There was an initial discussion on the phone which was generally about validating what was on LinkedIn and also communication skills. The initial meeting was with the head of the unit to get a sense for cultural fit, and there were 3 additional interviews with senior leaders in sales/business development/product management. Each interview focused on skills related to that particular area of specialization.

Entrevista
HR Screening round, Hiring Manager round, Product Sense Round, Case Study round, Cultural round, Final round of salary discussion. Overall a good interview process. Great company to work for. Interviews were very chilled and relaxed
Took 1 round for one team, then said skills aligned better with some other role. So, they started the process all over again. This time, took 2 rounds and then ghosted.
Easy, straight forward.
Mostly focused of problem solving and behavioural questions.
One presentation and panel interview question round, where i had to answer questions on my previous work experience and why i choose one thing over the other.
