I was referred in to a position and the recruiter followed up pretty quickly. We spoke later that week, It is now over 2 months since that recruiter screen and I haven't heard back. It's obviously a rejection at this point but it is surprising to not get any rejection email even after I followed up with the recruiter multiple times.
