Interviewed with the Recruiter and was told I would hear back in a few days about next steps. I didn't hear back, so followed up multiple times with the week and was completely ghosted.
Interview process was pretty straight forward. HR Screen into major interview into panel role play. Overall I heard back fairly quick on all interview rounds and was provided some feedback when asked.

Very thorough but good experience, would recommend studying on company culture. It’s a three hour assessment, which combines one roleplay and three back to back interviews. First stage is a meeting with HM, they take candidates as they see them which is a great process
