The recruiter emailed and called me to schedule a phone interview. After we scheduled the interview, she never called. Didn't even email me to let me know if there were any changes or not.

A terrible experience! Two days after I applied for the job, I received a call from a recruiter asking to schedule a phone interview with her the day after. We agreed on a time, and I received an email confirmation from her as well. Then the next day, she did not call me at our agreed time. I sent her an email, trying to figure out what happened. She never replied. It was a terrible experience and completely wasting my time. If you are going to cancel the interview or the position has been filled, at least let me know. Combing my experience and the negative reviews here, I suggest not to waste time applying for positions at Internet Brands.
