I'm beginning to see a pattern here: it seems like they are just gathering enough candidates to meet a quota. Only apply here if you're desperate. You know you will be rejected if the recruiter comes in and tells you that the other people you were supposedly going to meet are not available. Who schedules an appointment, only for the majority of interviewers to not be available? Is this how disorganized the company is? If you read past interview experiences, this is a pattern seen in this company over and over again. It's almost like they don't have the guts to tell you they don't want to proceed further. But what's even more unprofessional is to have someone schedule their afternoon allotted just for this company only to then pull out right at the very end. I've done countless of on-site interviews and this is by far the most embarrassing, mediocre, disorganized, poor excuse of a company in terms of interviews go. The lack of professionalism is cringy at best. I've never seen anything quite like it. This is a top-down issue. I think it's painfully clear and obvious that the leadership of this company has little to no respect for its employees and it's no wonder that they have such a high turnover rate. Who wants to work for a company that doesn't value its employees? At least pretend to, but they don't even do that. It literally seems like they are winging it here. I'm surprised they are still around. If it weren't for acquisitions they probably would have fizzled out ages ago. Just look at how mediocre CarsDirect is to its relatively younger competitors.
