Effective interview questions asked by the panels and they able to describe clear objectives required for the post I am going to contribute in. The interview session duration was 1 hour and we manage to address mutual needs and understandings and for both parties.

First was a 30 minute hone screen with the manager. Then there were two rounds of virtual interviews with the manager and three other team members. After the two rounds I was sent an offer after a couple weeks.

I had a thirty minute phone screen with the manager, then two separate, hour long interviews with two selected team members each. The questions were behavioral, focused on past work experiences.

Very slow and lengthy interview process. Took 3+ months from initial phone interview to the next step. My interviews have been rescheduled multiple times with short notice. First call was from the hiring manager followed by a 7-hour virtual onsite interview, I was asked to present my accomplishments/previous experience to the team in a slide deck.
