El proceso duró 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Intel Corporation (Portland, OR) en abr 2010
Entrevista
Had the usual phone interview followed by an onsite one a couple of weeks later. The onsite interview consisted of a presentation based on my PhD, followed by several personal interviews one after the other. Everyone was very friendly and nice. A lot of the techniques I use in my PhD work are also used at Intel so there were many questions about that. How does X work, describe with a diagram etc etc. Anyone who knows what they are doing will find the interviews pretty easy. The behavioral questions were the usual ones.. I could see that the people interviewing me didn't really enjoy asking such questions :) I answered everything to he best of my ability.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.

General questions on past experiences and projects. Behavioral and scenario based questions. Had total 3 rounds, two with engineers and one with the hiring manager. All three were virtual rounds
