A recruiter called for an initial phone interview, which lead to an in-house interview. I met two different employees in the office and spoke with them separately for about 30 minutes each. The interview was very laid back, they ask necessary questions but also talk more about things revolving around fun, personality, social life. They were very friendly. The next step was lunch with three employees. Again, the same laid back conversation. Make sure you are fully interested in sales for this position.
