The interview was concise and helpful. She really engaged me to understand my experience, and career path. It was more of a discussion than an interview. She told me about the position I was apply for and asked if I was interested it in. She also wanted to know how my past experience would help me to be successful in this new position.

The first step in the process was the recruiter call which lasted about 15 minutes, then had the hiring manager call, then negotiated back through the recruiter for next steps and feedback.
Started with a basic recruiter call to go over my background. The first round was meant to be a one on one for a general product manager role. Instead I got pulled into a panel interview and they interviewed me for a different position. I didn't feel prepared and it felt like the interview was conducted in bad faith.
