Interview went well. It may have been different if it had been an in-person interview. Overall, the entire process went smooth and friendly. Things that I looked at during the interview process were, longevity of the contract, and if there were any long term positions that had contract-to-hire possibilities. Mid level Information Technology positions were not really there.
