Having been a consultant for better than 10 years, you can imagine that I deal with scores of recruiters on a frequent basis. I have found Insight Global to be thorough in the vetting of candidates, always courteous and positive, and diligent about presenting relevant opportunities. I also appreciated a willingness to use Skype as an alternative means for a face to face meeting with the recruiter.

The first step in the process was the recruiter call which lasted about 15 minutes, then had the hiring manager call, then negotiated back through the recruiter for next steps and feedback.
Started with a basic recruiter call to go over my background. The first round was meant to be a one on one for a general product manager role. Instead I got pulled into a panel interview and they interviewed me for a different position. I didn't feel prepared and it felt like the interview was conducted in bad faith.

contract role 2 rounds 30 min interview -3 person panel each round, second round was hiring manager and Product team. Hiring manager stated during the interview the interview was going well no offer.
