Entrevista
First was contacted by an extremely nice woman working in another office, who spoke to me and explained the position to me. We had an informal interview and she quickly set me up to meet with the Boston office. However, my experience there was quite opposite to the one I had with the original phone interviewer. I came in and was left in a conference room for about 20 minutes past the interview time, at which point a sales manager sauntered in. He was extremely rude, extremely disinterested, and extremely unpleasant. I was immediately turned off by his foul attitude and lack of interview etiquette. I was supposed to meet with two people, but only met with this one horrid man. He barely asked me questions and did not engage with anything I was saying. Based on the fact that this guy had a leadership role in the office, I knew immediately that I would never want to work there, and was utterly relieved when I could walk out the door. I did not follow up with anyone in the office, because I had no interest in moving forward.

I submitted an application and was contacted by a corporate recruiter immediately after applying. We spoke on the phone for about 20 minutes and she asked me some questions while also telling me about the company. She then told me she wanted to schedule me for an in person interview at the DC office. I ended up declining after I heard some other reviews about the company. When I told her I wouldn't be continuing, she was very rude and angry.

I was contacted by a recruiter who found me on LinkedIn. She gave me a lot of recommendations on what to say in my first on sight interview, which was almost too scripted and trained. I got asked to a second interview which consisted of a lunch with the office's high executives. After the second interview I didn't hear back from the ever again. They also crossed the professional line with their questions on the second interview, asking very personal questions that regarded drinking and partying.

Do you participate in the party culture in your school?
Such a horrible processes. The people seemed friendly at first. During the interview the manager had to constantly check his phone. I ended up walking out because would never want to work for a company like that. Extremely rude! I have heard from many people that managers will constantly check their phones during an interview. If that is a company you want to work for the go for it. I would rather work for a place where I am treated with respect.
