I was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume on Indeed and emailed me about a great opportunity and told me it'd be a perfect fit for a job. He was very friendly and so was the account manager and they both hyped up the job and got me an interview. The day before the interview they gave me vague description about the job and told me to dress professional and be prepared for questions about myself. The day of the interview they were super friendly and kept in contact with me throughout the day. I arrived at the interview and I was interviewed by 3 people, the first question she asked was,"So what do you know about the job?"
I replied,"I was told this job was about troubleshooting but I honestly couldn't find any more information about it." She rudely replied,"you couldn't do a quick google search? It's not that hard." Which just sent me anxiety through the roof and I felt super uncomfortable throughout the interview. I'm disappointed I didnt ask the recruiters more information about this job, I've never experienced getting hired through a staffing agency so I was confident that all they were going to ask in the interview was about my experience. Nevertheless, they asked more questions then I anticipated and I'm pretty sure i failed my interview. Which is fine...
I'm just disappointed that once my interview was over, I contacted the account manager and I told him about my experience and he told me he'd call me back and let me know if I got the job by 5PM that day. 48hrs have passed and I haventheard absolutely nothing from them.
I appreciate how nice they were initially but I'm just disappointed they ghosted me after the interview. I'm also disappointed that they hyped up this job and didn't prepare me properly to have done a much better job at my interview. Unbeknownst of me, I went in thinking the interview was going to be a piece of cake just to have the exact opposite happen. This was the worse experience I've ever had, I felt so ashamed during the interview

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
