I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

Did two “personality based” interviews with this company. Very money driven career with everyone in the office under the age of 30. After my final interview I was told I’d hear back by a specific date and they never had the decency to let me know if I would or would not receive an offer.

The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!

Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
