I was contacted by a corporate recruit after I posted my resume on Monster. The recruit was extremely helpful and enthusiastic and really got me interested in the company. After speaking to her on the phone a few times I was set up with a personal interview at an Insight Global office in San Diego. I met with the District manager and had an amazing experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and funny and made the interview interesting and not as scary. Overall had an amazing experience interviewing with this company and the interview process is not super lengthy or tedious.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
