They found my resume online and called to set up a brief phone interview. After the phone interview they asked me to come in for a face-to-face interview. Most of the interview was spent with me asking the interviewer questions. Company seems more interested in a good personality than qualifications.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
