The process was fairly straightforward. Mainly consisted of concise phone calls and screenings with vague and simple behavioral questions. Had one actual panel interview via Teams where two employees asked me a series of technical questions. The questions were random, basically asking me what I knew from the skills section of my resume. The entire process took about two months.

They looked at my skills and asked me random questions based on my skills. For example, I listed that I knew SQL. They asked me what views and triggers were, and the difference between primary and secondary keys.
It was Moderate and not hard. Where asked to write logics for few scenarios. Situation based questions where moderate in difficulty. Interview Process was of 3 rounds. Pre screening , Techincal and Hr round
The interview process was mediocre with questions on mainframe skillset and cobol programming with the client space of financial services. Also they judged the knowledge of DB2 database and pipline creation for jobs
It's good and interviewer was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable to get the best answers out of me and also questions were to test your practical knowledge rather than just theoritical knowledge
