the interview process was grilling and gruesome would love to join them back someday. I had applied for a Bangalore / Pune position they shortlisted me for the operations HR position then, once I received the offer I dropped a mail to a senior HR official another interview was re- scheduled for me for a Pune position post that they hired me for a BPHR role.
Great and good experience with 3 rounds. Intial screen is from naukari.
First is virtual and second is virtual and third is offline managerial and Hr.
After 3 months offer is released.
The overall difficulty level was moderate. Most of the questions were relevant to the role and industry, and the interviewers maintained a professional and polite approach throughout.
Tips for future candidates would be to review core concepts related to the role, prepare concise examples of past achievements, and maintain clarity while answering situational questions.
