I want to express my feelings for interview. Overall experience was not good. Interviewer has lack of knowledge in background I heard voice of person that was not even in interview. They didn't follow they own data protection politics, even more than that they broke the own rules of data protection. I have interview with senior engineer who can't code. Constantly hearing voise of some one else that was not introduced to me. Interviewer was constantly switching mic out and mute voice to hide this situation from me. To be honest whole interview is wast of time and scam.

It was a manager-round interview that was originally scheduled for the morning, but the panelist never joined, so it was rescheduled to the evening. When he finally joined, he didn’t even greet me — he directly started with “Tell me about yourself” and seemed completely disengaged. For every question he asked, I provided complete answers, but after each one, he would take a two-minute pause without paying attention or responding. He appeared entirely disconnected, and at one point, he was even texting someone else during the interview. The next day, I received feedback that I didn’t clear the managerial round, which felt very unfair. My technical round had gone extremely well, but in the managerial round, the panelist showed no interest or involvement. The questions themselves weren’t difficult — they were basic and project-related, and I ended each one on a good note. It’s disappointing to know I didn’t clear the round not because of my performance, but because the interviewer was disengaged. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I would have accepted the result if it were the technical round and I had actually fallen short, but I performed really well there. Failing at the managerial stage, despite giving my best, was truly sad
