Might just be the worst hiring process I've ever encountered. 1. You have to go through the initial interview process for the Service Desk applicants even though you applied for a different role. 2. Initial process for SDs are pooled via WebEx online. You get admitted in a waiting room virtually along with other applicants and have to fill-up a bunch of bot forms while waiting. The queuing can take the whole day that other applicants just back out. 3. The initial interview is a panel of 3-4. Told them I applied for different role and they told me to wait for call from HR. Waste of time. 4. After HR phone interview weeks after, there's an assessment online for English comprehension and customer service basics wherein you have to record your responses for certain situations. 5. Last is the Hiring Managers interview panel of 2. They emphasized that the role would cover more of Service Desk responsibilities than a specialist or functional/dev role would do. So the title doesn't really fit the job description. Their job postings are clickbait. They would put up a high compensation package with sign on bonus on their job details but would low ball you during the hiring process.
