I applied through the careers site. also cleared technical interview and HR round as well. They offered me very less package and agreed to give offer latter. all things was good and suddenly one day they rejected my application. I think this is completely waste of my time and efforts. If you want to reject anyone then you have to do it before giving confirmation of releasing the offer letter.
Really disappointed.

Technical interview was average. Entire process took around a month. Released offer letter after background verification.
It was a Smooth process for interviewing, panel are well spoken and professional. Questions are valid. Job description can be more detailed, but can discuss with panelist.
