Phone screen ('get to know you' conversation), then an online personality game (psychology test), then a technical interview on the web where you are asked 30 minutes of technical questions and 30 minutes of HR soft-skill and situational leadership questions.

I attended the college placement.
It had two rounds
1st round - aptitude and coding
2nd round - Face to face tecnical Interview
I didn't pass the 1st round and question was related to time and work, relationship and verbal
False interview screening is going on.
I was interviewed for round one and selected in the same hut did not get the invite for second round even after a month

This round is a technical round, they will ask self-introduction and basic questions on Java, c, python, and other skills which we mentioned in our resume like certifications and publications which we have done other questions related to our projects. We need to be thorough with the technology used in our project and internship which we have done.
