Day long process where i had to spent my entire Saturday from 10:30 in the morning to 5:30 pm . previous day i had fill a loooooong form to attend this interview...it took at least 2 and half hours

they asked me Questions relevant to my profile , gave me an assignment to test my technical skills ...and it was fine till this point but a really stupid and weird trend this big company is following . They will make the candidate fill all details about current CTC and expected CTC and then they will call for interview and at of the day after you crack the interview and eagerly waiting for the offer later...they ll start bargaining ... and this wont be about how much they can give you to match you expectation... this would be a bargain to force you to take a pay cut... you will be hearing things like "lots of good candidates are waiting to join us with huge pay cut...this is infosys...if you don't take pay cut...your candidature will be rejected" ... this is really unethical and malpractice . if you can't even match the candidate's current salary why the hell would you waste his time by calling him for a day long interview on a weekend?? are these HR people getting bonus for being able to force a candidate join Infy with pay cut? plz stop this exploitation of human resource ... i wish govt takes legal action against this attitude!
I had to walk down to the campus and there are so many protocols that you will loose the joy and the enthisiasm by the time you reach interview cabin. And the funny thing is evaluator didn't had enough internet access, he couldn't download my portfolio and it went for a rejection. Poor evaluation, whats the point of establishing such big company if people hiring skills are poor.

It was very easy going and was conversational. It had a resume filtering round, interview by design managers & hr round. They wanted to know where I fit in within their existing projects

There was a lot of back and forth with recruiters in India therefore the responses were a bit delayed. It took some time to go through all the rounds of interviews.
